Your membership level is determined by stay activity. The more frequently you stay at the Small Charming Hotels, the more generous your benefits become, including CHARMING REWARDS point bonuses, complimentary benefits and much more.
Attaché
This level is achieved upon joining the program. Members are entitled to:
Dedicated Reservation Service: Your reservation requests will receive special attention. Quote your name and Charming Rewards Member ID (email address) for personal reservations assistance and instant replies.
Expedited Check-In: If we already have your room preferences and credit card information on file, just provide your name and Charming Rewards Member ID (email address) when making reservations and you will be checked in quickly when you arrive at the hotel.
Express Check-Out: We know your time is valuable, so you can enjoy Express Check-Out.
Earn 10 points for every 100 CZK spent on qualified room rates at Small Charming Hotels in Prague and Spindleruv Mlyn
Consul
Right to become Consul Member arises when you come and stay second time in one of the Small Charming Hotels Prague during six months.
Your second reservation must be made through our website Small Charming Hotels or through our hotel's websites: hotel Anna, hotel Atlantic, hotel Páv, hotel Start.
In addition, members are entitled to:
Redeem points already earned for a discount on your stay or gift selection.
Ambasador
To receive an Ambassador Membership you will need to come and stay four times in a calendar year.

In addition, members are entitled to:
Early Check–In and Late Check-Out upon Request and Availability. If you need extra time in your room, call the front desk. We'll do everything possible to accommodate your request at no cost (latest 15:00 hours).
10% point Bonus = earn 11 points for every 100 CZK spent on qualified room rates at Small Charming Hotels in Prague and Spindleruv Mlyn.
Regent
To qualify Regent Membership you will need 10 qualifying paid stays in Prague hotels or 6 qualifying paid stays in hotel Start in a calendar year.
